Joint Tower Development Venture with Liberty Towers
Plymouth Meeting,
PA, January 2008 – Carrier Class Site
Development LLC ("Carrier Class"), a company focused on developing
and leasing communication tower sites, announced that it
has entered into a joint communications tower development venture
with Liberty Towers, LLC (“Liberty”), headquartered in the
Washington, D.C. area. Over the next 3 years, Carrier Class and
Liberty will develop at least 60 high quality, EIA/TIA-222 Revision
G standard tower sites in high carrier demand locations throughout Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

In addition to Innes, Carrier Class’s
management team includes legal and planning professionals who have zoned and permitted over 300 wireless sites in the
last seven years, including more than 100 raw land tower sites. The
CCSD team is a corps of mature, highly seasoned site
acquisition professionals.
Before founding Carrier Class Site Development,
Innes was founder and CEO of Broadband Network Development
and VP of Wireless Access Technologies. Both companies
provided rooftop site management, microwave backhaul network
implementation, and site acquisition services for site owners and
wireless service providers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless,
T-Mobile, Sprint-Nextel, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and Advance
Realty. During his two decades in the wireless industry, Jim has
held management positions with a range of firms including MetroNet Communications, MicroNet Communications/Lenfest
Group, Apex Site Management, and American Tower Corporation.
Innes, a founding board member of the
Pennsylvania Wireless Association, is also a member of the Radio Club
of America and the Association of Public Safety Communications
Officers.
